We are currently expanding our team and seeking:

  • Qualified Plasterers
  • Apprentice Plasterers
  • Subcontractors
  • Complete Crews

What the Role Involves:

  • Installation of plasterboard and internal linings
  • Setting, sanding, patching, and finishing
  • Reading and interpreting plans
  • Delivering top-tier finishes on both residential and commercial projects
  • Working independently or with a team to meet deadlines
  • Upholding OH&S and site safety practices

Bring Your Crew – We’ve Got the Volume

 

If you already operate a crew, we have the volume and consistency to keep your team busy. We can tailor subcontractor rates to suit your business needs, and welcome teams looking to relocate or expand into Melbourne.

 

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in plastering (preferred for qualified roles)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Positive, can-do attitude and reliability
  • White Card and relevant qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to mentor or be mentored (depending on your level)
  • Flexibility to work under full-time employment or subcontracting arrangement
